  2. About the results: We work to improve the accuracy of the calculations, but the final check of amounts and the actual settlement are your own responsibility. This service does not provide money transfer or payment functions.
  3. Retention period: Data for a share link is automatically deleted 90 days after it is created. Please keep any important records yourself.
  4. Prohibited conduct: Unauthorized access, placing excessive load on the service, use that violates laws or public order and morals, and entering content that infringes the rights of others.
  5. Disclaimer: This service is provided free of charge and "as is." Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
  6. Changes to or termination of the service: The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice.
  7. Changes to these terms: These terms may be changed as needed, and continued use after a change constitutes agreement to it.
  8. Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
  9. Controlling text: This document is a translation. The Japanese version shall prevail. Where there is any discrepancy in interpretation between this translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version takes precedence.
